These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Jult.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Jult.ai ("Jult," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our software, website, and related services (together, the "Service").
2. Key Terms
- Ad Account: an advertising account you connect to the Service.
- Advertising Spend: the amount you spend on advertising through connected platforms.
- Platform: the Jult.ai software, workflows, integrations, and related technology.
- Customer Content: content, data, creative assets, copy, campaign information, and other materials you upload, submit, or connect to the Platform.
3. Service Usage
You agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible way.
In particular, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not:
- Share access with unauthorised users.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or probe the Platform except where the law clearly permits it.
- Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Use the Service to build or support a competing product.
4. Service Terms
You remain responsible for your advertising decisions, campaign settings, creative approvals, compliance obligations, and results. Jult.ai does not guarantee campaign performance, availability of any third-party platform, or uninterrupted access to every feature.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms or product changes.
5. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected services. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and using strong, unique passwords across connected platforms.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in GBP.
- Seat-based subscriptions are typically billed annually, with pricing quoted per seat per month.
- Plan-specific minimum seat commitments apply for the duration of the subscription term.
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
- We may suspend or limit access for failed or overdue payments.
- Where invoicing applies, payment is due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process personal data in line with that policy and any applicable data processing terms agreed with you.
8. Data Processing
We use service providers and infrastructure designed to protect customer data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Depending on the service configuration, data may be stored or processed in the United Kingdom, the EEA, or the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
As between you and Jult.ai, you are generally responsible for the lawfulness of the data you provide to the Platform, and we act on your instructions when processing that data to deliver the Service.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Jult.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and all related intellectual property rights. You retain your rights in Customer Content.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term for your internal business purposes.
10. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Cancellation
To cancel, contact us at info@jult.ai. Unless your order form or subscription terms state otherwise, cancellation requires 30 days' notice and access will continue until the end of the applicable billing period.

Support requests can be sent to info@jult.ai. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time, with a target response time of one business day.
